Registration is open. Paid commissions require an approved participating painter and a Stripe account ready to receive payouts. Unclaimed directory entries cannot accept orders.
Buyers and painters arrange tracked shipping directly. BrushLink does not currently sell labels, book collections or provide shipping insurance. Confirm supported destinations with the painter before accepting a quote. The initial paid pilot is intended for US domestic shipments; international service is not automatically available.
The quote must say who supplies the kits, who pays inbound and return postage, the shipping method and whether insurance is included. Agree any kit-purchase costs and delivery expectations before payment. Do not mail models before the painter confirms the destination and readiness to receive them.
Use a sturdy outer box and appropriate cushioning, trays or fixed bases. Protect fragile parts from moving or pressing against packaging. Take photographs before closing the parcel and retain postage and tracking receipts. Insurance and compensation depend on the carrier’s actual terms; BrushLink does not guarantee carrier reimbursement.
Painters record the tracking number in the order. Carrier tracking is not automatically synchronized with BrushLink. Mark an order delivered only when delivery is supported by tracking or the buyer confirms receipt. During the first pilot orders, Tim reviews delivery and release timing manually.
The order workspace shows the automatic release deadline after the order is marked delivered. Inspect the models promptly. Confirm receipt to initiate payment release, or open an in-platform dispute before the deadline for missing or damaged work. A chat message or email alone does not pause release. If you cannot access the dispute control, contact tim@chaoticgreat.games immediately.
Keep the parcel, packing materials, photographs and tracking evidence. Discuss repair, replacement work or return shipping with the painter and Tim. A full refund before payout is the supported pilot payment remedy; partial refunds and automatic reversal after payout are not available. Support reviews each issue individually rather than promising automatic compensation. Applicable legal rights still apply.
Integrated label buying is planned, but it is not a launch dependency. During the pilot, purchase labels from your carrier and add the tracking number to BrushLink. Do not assume held commission funds can be used to purchase postage.
