Registration is open. Paid commissions require an approved participating painter and a Stripe account ready to receive payouts. Unclaimed directory entries cannot accept orders.
Founding painters must confirm profile ownership, permission for displayed work, current offers, capacity and shipping boundaries. An unclaimed researched entry does not mean you have joined. You can request corrections or removal at tim@chaoticgreat.games. Approval and payout readiness are required before paid requests open.
Describe painting style separately from finish level. State the game system, army expertise, model unit, currency, minimum scope and starting price accurately. Specify assembly, mold-line removal, magnetization, basing and kit supply where applicable. Buyers must be able to distinguish a per-model rate from a squad or army estimate.
The accepted quote must describe the miniatures, quantity, finish, inclusions, revisions, kit costs, inbound and return postage and delivery expectations. Keep scope changes and progress updates in the order conversation. Agree changes before doing extra work. Keep capacity and queue information current without exposing another buyer’s private project details.
The planned fee is 3%, recorded in the accepted quote and deducted from your payout. BrushLink absorbs payment processing costs under the current pilot model. Stripe handles onboarding and payment processing. Buyer payment is charged on the platform and transfer is delayed until confirmation or the displayed release deadline, subject to disputes and provider readiness. BrushLink does not offer licensed escrow. Stripe bank payout timing can differ from the application’s transfer timing.
Buy postage directly from your carrier during the pilot. Integrated postage purchase is not available yet. Agree shipping costs before payment, pack fragile models securely, provide tracking and retain packing photographs. Agree how inbound kits, damage, loss and any return shipping will be handled; platform approval is not a shipping insurance policy.
Only provide images and descriptions you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your artwork. Providing work for your profile allows BrushLink to display that work and its processed renditions on the profile while it is published. Separate advertising use requires agreement. Ask Tim to correct or remove an image; existing credits do not by themselves establish permission.
An in-platform dispute pauses release for administrator review. Preserve messages, agreed scope, progress and shipping evidence. The pilot supports full refunds before payout; partial refunds and automatic recovery of transfers after payout are not implemented. Do not promise those automatic remedies to buyers.
